- Proven track record in driving pedagogic innovation, quality enhancement, leading academic developments, and fostering cultures of teaching excellence
- An understanding of digital education and the opportunities presented by emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills, political awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
You will lead work in relation to curriculum enhancement, academic quality, and access and participation, ensuring our provision meets and exceeds measures of quality (e.g., good student outcomes), while responding to the rapidly evolving higher education landscape.
In return, we offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including generous annual leave, pension arrangements, flexible working opportunities and a supportive, inclusive working environment.
