We are seeking a team player who is organised, logical and plans ahead, has a strong understanding of estate services, facilities management and event management. The role is central to ensuring our commercial activities are delivered smoothly, building awareness between our partners, contracts and clients while working to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives and projects that align with our estate strategy and sustainability goals.

We are looking for someone who: works consistently with accuracy and attention to detail; enjoys problem-solving, improving processes and can use their initiative; is collaborative, supportive and has great people skills; has proven success in commercial or business development; and has strong project management skills.

This is a dynamic and varied role requiring excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a commitment to driving stakeholder engagement across the estate and facilities functions. Middlesex University is committed to fostering an inclusive working environment.
