We are in search of a high calibre individual with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to fill the position of the University Executive Team (UET) Business Support Officer within the Vice Chancellor's Office. 

In this role, you will provide comprehensive high-level administrative and operational support to the UET. You will work closely to support your UET members and work to the highest levels of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflows. You will be the central point of contact for internal and external staff for your UET members, confidently engaging and building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support for your UET members. 

The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and IT skills, and be a team player who works well under tight multiple deadlines.
