Are you passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and supporting students at a pivotal moment in their lives? 

Join our team at an exciting time in our journey as an Applicant Enquiries Assistant and play a key role in welcoming the next generation to Middlesex University, London. As a part of the Directorate of Marketing, Recruitment and Communications, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing friendly, accurate advice and guidance to enquirers and offer-holders. Working closely with our admissions colleagues, you will help ensure a smooth and supportive applicant journey that reflects the values and vision of our university. 

Key Responsibilities: •Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and live chat. •Provide clear information and guidance on courses, applications, offers, and next steps. •Support the delivery of an excellent service, that reflects the vibrant and welcoming community at Middlesex University. •Work collaboratively with the Applicant Services and Admissions teams to enhance the overall applicant experience. 

About you: You are a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy helping people, can explain complex information simply, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment. While experience in higher education or admissions is beneficial, a proactive attitude and a commitment to our student-centred values are most important.
