Job Description
Help shape the future of student recruitment!
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of key student recruitment and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in major projects, including the University's annual Clearing operation, working with teams across the institution to drive recruitment success!
You may already have experience managing complex projects within Higher Education, recruitment, marketing or a similarly fast-paced environment. You'll be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, driving progress and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and the experience delivered to prospective students.
What you will be doing: You will coordinate and deliver high-profile recruitment and marketing projects that support the University's student recruitment ambitions. Working closely with colleagues across academic and professional service teams, you'll help ensure major campaigns, events and Clearing activities are effectively planned, delivered and evaluated, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
In particular you will play a key role in delivering the University's annual Clearing operation, coordinating activity across multiple teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students during one of the most important periods in the recruitment cycle. Alongside this, you will support the ongoing digital transformation of student recruitment through Clearing, helping to enhance processes, improve operational efficiency and create more personalised and engaging experiences for prospective students throughout their decision making journey.
