Applicants who share that they have a disability and/or long-term health condition can choose to opt in to the Disability Confident interview scheme where an interview is offered to disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
If you require reasonable adjustments at the interview stage, you can inform the named Chair of Recruitment Panel. This information will be shared in your invitation to interview. Reasonable Adjustments for interview may include ensuring that the interview room is in a wheelchair accessible space or providing interview questions and/or question themes in advance.
