            <p>Publications Officer Student Recruitment, Marketing and Communications, Hybrid working (minimum three days on campus), our publications help show who we are and the difference we make. From prospectuses to our annual report, they shape how students, partners and stakeholders understand our work.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a Publications Officer to lead the delivery of our key institutional publications. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You will manage complex projects, work with colleagues across the University and ensure every publication meets high editorial and accessibility standards.&nbsp;</p><p>About the role: You will lead the planning and production of major publications, including undergraduate and postgraduate prospectuses, the annual report and accounts, and institutional facts and figures. Working closely with colleagues in Marketing, Student Recruitment, Communications, Finance and academic faculties, you will: &bull; Manage publication schedules and ensure delivery to fixed deadlines &bull; Write, edit and proofread clear, concise content for print and digital formats &bull; Commission and shape contributions from subject experts &bull; Brief and manage external suppliers such as designers and printers &bull; Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, copyright and data protection requirements &bull; Maintain consistent editorial standards across all outputs This role requires sound judgement, strong organisation and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.&nbsp;</p><p>About you: You will bring: &bull; Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills &bull; Experience coordinating complex publications from concept to completion &bull; Strong project management and organisational ability &bull; Careful attention to detail and accuracy &bull; Experience working with designers or other external suppliers &bull; An understanding of accessibility and compliance considerations Experience in higher education or a similarly complex organisation would be an advantage.&nbsp;</p><p>Why join us? As one of our PR &amp; Faculty Communications Officers, you&#39;ll work as a strategic partner with one of our academic Faculties to showcase our academic excellence, research impact and student experience, strengthen our reputation, and build trust with the audiences that matter most. Working alongside our Senior PR &amp; Communications Manager, you will craft compelling narratives for traditional and digital platforms&mdash;from media stories and opinion profiles student profiles and opinion.&nbsp;</p><p>You&#39;ll work proactively with academics to develop communications plans and identify stories that will make us stand out, including to journalists and prospective students. These roles offer genuine variety and creativity. One day you might be creating digital content that positions Middlesex as the go-to voice on a topical issue, the next you could be speaking to our alumni about a personal story. Along with your assigned Faculty, you&#39;ll work closely with teams across our Student Recruitment, Marketing and Communications area.&nbsp;</p><p>Who we are looking for: You&#39;re a skilled writer with strong news instincts and proven experience in PR or journalism and communications. You understand what makes a story compelling and how to adapt it for different platforms and audiences. You are confident advising senior stakeholders, able to manage competing priorities, and genuinely excited about using communications to drive positive change.             <p id="isPasted">Are you an experienced Project Officer looking for a new challenge?&nbsp;</p><p>The European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC) supports human rights defenders in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Ukraine to challenge serious human rights abuses using international legal mechanisms. Our cases focus on areas including conflict, and security force abuses, democratic accountability and the protection of civic space, violence against women, LGBT+ rights and discrimination more broadly.&nbsp;</p><p>EHRAC is seeking a committed and creative individual to manage EHRAC projects, to ensure that they are delivered to a high standard while keeping the security and wellbeing of our clients and partners at the heart of our approach. Reporting to the Programme and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager, the successful candidate will manage projects supporting human rights defenders working in challenging circumstances to uphold human rights.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for an individual able to commit to full-time or part-time.
