Middlesex University is implementing a new Curriculum Management System and is looking for someone who will lead and champion the interests of those who will be using the system, ensuring the desired outcomes meet user requirements and benefits of the project are realised.

The role will act as the connection between the project and day-to-day operations of the University, supporting the development and implementation of processes which are involved in the approval, review and enhancement of programmes of study. The role will also be responsible for preparing affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working. The role is based within the Academic Quality Service, reporting to the Director, and will work with stakeholders across the University such as Marketing, Registry and academic colleagues in our Faculties. 

The University is looking for someone with experience of academic quality and/or curriculum management systems, who is able to contribute to complex projects and build relations managing multiple stakeholder priorities. They will have ability to resolve challenges that may emerge in changing business processes and have experience in using structured problem solving and business change techniques. Having experience supporting the implementation of a curriculum management system and/or working with Project Management methodology would be a bonus, but is not essential.
