We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be part of the Centre for Academic Practice Enhancement, a professional support service which works closely with academic staff across the University. 

The role involves supporting colleagues with student surveys, providing timely and easily interpreted student survey data analysis to help facilitate an excellent student experience as part of the Middlesex Strategy 2031. 

You will also have responsibility for co-ordinating the effective delivery and dissemination of data related to academic quality and standards, and co-ordinate our Unistats data return which is an Office for Students requirement. The importance of evaluating and analysing critical survey and statistical data is crucial to the role. 

You will have excellent knowledge of manipulating and analysing complex datasets. Excellent IT skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Advanced Excel and experience in using business intelligence tools. You will also have good numeracy skills with the ability to present data accurately and clearly, interpret data and manipulate spreadsheets, and an ability to understand and explain data requirements related to academic programmes, to a variety of audiences.
