Following a review of service delivery, applicants are invited to apply for several vacancies in the UniHelpdesk Advisor team at Middlesex University. 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of autonomous Advisors committed to making a positive difference to student life.

The UniHelpdesk is the first point of contact for all student enquiries and is based at the Hendon Campus.

Successful applicants will have excellent customer service skills and experience, along with a strong commitment to delivering a user-focused, professional advice and guidance service.

The post-holder will be responsible for providing an excellent standard of front-line service to a diverse cohort of students, ensuring a welcoming, positive, supportive and knowledgeable approach.

The post holder will also collaboratively drive the continuous improvement of the service by analysing the student’s usage patterns and responding to emerging trends.

The service benefits from a transparent management approach which is data led and evidenced based.

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts covering hours between 8.15am and 7.15pm Monday to Friday.  Permanent, fixed term, full time and part time vacancies are available
