Library & Student Support at Middlesex University is looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated new members of our Liaison Librarian team. These are permanent contracts, working at our London campus in Hendon. The main subject areas are the posts cover are 1) Business and 2) Faculty of Arts and Creative Industries 3) Faculty of Science and Technology.
You will liaise with the academic staff and students in your subject area on behalf of Library & Student Support and support their academic work and research. Key tasks are delivering information literacy programmes and online support as well as developing appropriate information resources. Educated with a relevant qualification in Librarianship or Information Science, you will have experience of providing library or information services in a Higher Education context, be an excellent communicator, a team player and have a flexible approach to working in a complex, busy environment.
