Be part of the talented and innovative area putting Middlesex University on the map by joining our newly formed Commercial Group, with expanded marketing and communications teams.  We are looking for a range of highly motivated marketing and communications professionals to join these ambitious teams.  Based at our campus in Hendon, North London, they work collectively to raise awareness of Middlesex University and support student recruitment targets, as well as drive our reputational goals.

The Marketing Officer is a key role within the Student Marketing team, responsible for the coordination of annual marketing plans and activities which support the recruitment of the required quantity and quality of students to the university.  

Working as a team of five Marketing Officers, each leads on key campaigns, projects and on- and offline marketing collateral development.  They will also develop specific expertise in a specific audience related to either study level or academic faculty, and will support the delivery and development of appropriate and compelling messaging for this audience at all stages of the journey.  This will ensure recruitment potential is maximised across all interactions and that they feel seamlessly part of the same brand experience from campaign to enrolment.

We have two Marketing Officer roles available to support marketing activities in the Faculties of Arts & Creative Industries and Science & Technology.  To excel in one of these roles, you will have the skills to develop marketing campaigns which will effectively differentiate Middlesex University in a competitive marketplace, including the ability to develop engaging and high quality content for the web and publications.  You will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills which will help ensure the success delivery of your plans.
