Do you want to play a key role in the next phase of Middlesex University's development, supporting the launch of its new 'Knowledge into Action' 2031 strategy? 

We have the ambition to be sector-leading in our evidence-based approaches to decision-making and are building a new Strategy and Insight team to deliver market research, analysis and business intelligence to support and guide our strategic planning. 

The team will work in a collaborative way, bringing together expertise in diverse methodologies, and different focuses on the external and competitor environment, as well as our internal data and performance. A core part of this team, the Customer and Market Insights Manager will be critical in leading on our primary research and market intelligence function. To be part of this exciting development, you'll be an experienced market or social researcher, with a passion for transforming research findings into actionable insight, and enabling fully-informed and tailored decision-making across the University. 

You’ll be curious by nature and have strong experience in a range of market research methodologies, as well as in briefing external research agencies. In return, Middlesex will offer you an opportunity to drive best practice and lead on the university’s market research and insight strategy to drive growth and reputation. You will head up a team of three Course and Portfolio Managers, who support our faculties in achieving success through our course offering.
