We are in search of a high calibre individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to fill the position of Education Liaison and Outreach Manager. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing Middlesex University's visibility within key schools, colleges, and prospective students off-campus, fostering deeper engagement levels. 

This role will develop and manage key relationships and partnerships across schools and colleges and will be pivotal in the meeting of recruitment targets. This role will develop and oversee all packages of events and talks we offer to schools and colleges and will involve frequent visits to schools and colleges. 

We are searching for a candidate to spearhead the assessment and analysis of education liaison efforts spanning various age groups, directing the targeting of both new and established feeder institutions and specific student cohorts. 

Crucially, your work will align closely with Middlesex University's student recruitment strategy and its commitments to the Office for Students (OFS), ensuring adherence to the guidance outlined in our Access and Participation Plan and recruitment objectives. The role will oversee the delivery of Middlesex University's offerings primarily geared towards the post-16 age group.

 Your responsibilities will entail establishing robust frameworks for targeting and evaluating activities, ensuring alignment with OFS requirements. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in broader evaluation initiatives, tailoring strategies to suit diverse student demographics effectively.
