About the Job

The Department of Management, Leadership and Organization is the biggest department in the Business School. The Department has recently embarked on a major transformation, including an ambitious plan to renew our existing programme portfolio whilst developing new and innovative programmes. As part of this transformation, we are looking to make a range of new appointments in the areas of Analytics, Innovation, Organisational Behaviour/Organisational Psychology, Leadership & Workforce Management, HRM Practice, HRM Strategy & Analytics/ Pay, Reward & Performance Management/ Employee Engagement & Employee Relations.

This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to make a direct contribution to our next stage in development and help us to keep building an exceptional learning environment, fit for the 21st century. The jobs combine research endeavours with Learning & Teaching and Knowledge Transfer to strengthen the School's research-teaching nexus and Knowledge Transfer for the benefit of students, School, University and the wider community.

·         An enthusiasm for Learning & Teaching, and the skills to share your expertise in innovative ways to engage and motivate learners.
