The Department of Management, Leadership and Organization is the biggest department in the Faculty of Business & Law. We are passionate about teaching, research and practice, and deliver a range of face-to-face and online programmes. 

The Department has recently embarked on a major transformation, including an ambitious plan to renew our existing programme portfolio whilst developing new and innovative programmes. As part of this transformation, we are looking to make new appointments in the areas of Strategic Management, Operations Management, Digital Business and Entrepreneurship & Sustainability (please see Middlesex University website for more details).

The jobs combine Learning & Teaching with research endeavours and Knowledge Transfer to strengthen the School’s research-teaching nexus and Knowledge Transfer for the benefit of students, School, University and the wider community.

•An enthusiasm for Learning & Teaching, and the skills to share your expertise in innovative ways to engage and motivate learners. 

•A commitment to scholarship to inform curriculum development and delivery. 

•Either a track record of research outputs or evidence of substantial, successful professional practice.
